6-month Change Communications Lead opportunity with a State Government associated organisation in Melbourne

**Your new company**
This State Government organisation is responsible for supporting Victoria’s electricity and gas safety and regulation. The organisation is currently undergoing a large transformation program to establish a new way of working.

**Your new role**
You will help implement a comprehensive range of change communications activities across the organisation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing communications strategies and engaging with stakeholders in a multi-faceted organisation. There will be a focus on change and internal communications plans that inform and engage staff with the organisation’s strategy and key projects.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will possess the follow skills
- Demonstrated experience in change management in a large complex environment
- Efficient in managing tight deadlines and adhering to strict timelines
- An understanding of strategic communications, with the ability to develop, implement and evaluate complex communications plans
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, working with and managing the expectations of a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative team environment
