12-month opportunity for a Change & Engagement Lead with a leading State Government department in Melbourne.
**Your new company**
This Department brings together all transport modes to design, plan, build and operate Victoria's transport system. Their job is to further integrate the transport network and improve the delivery of services to Victorians for simpler, quicker and safer journeys that connect people and places and support Victoria's prosperity and liveability.
**Your new role**
As the Change & Engagement Lead, you will:
- Provide awareness and knowledge to key internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives
- Develop a change approach and conduct change analysis to support internal stakeholders in adjusting to the desired future state
- Develop change & engagement plans including developing, implementing and evaluating stakeholder communications and engagement strategies
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and evaluating stakeholder engagement strategies in a complex environment, ideally for large, high profile, organisation-wide change initiatives
- Experience in large Transformation programmes and multi-year change initiatives to support transformation and implementation.
