**About The Role**:
Our full time Account Manager based in our Keysborough office will play a crucial role in delivering timely service and response to our customers across the Victorian region.

As an account manager, this role will have you predominantly servicing current customers of Buildsafe, however there may be time and opportunity to expand your portfolio through new acquisition. In short, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, your role scope will include but not be limited to;
- Providing exceptional customer service satisfaction through understanding and delivering upon customer requirements
- Supporting the growth of the Victorian business through increase in jobs won
- Maintain a strong brand presence and reputation in how you deliver business
- The role will require you to have a strong administrative skill, managing your own client records, contracts etc.

**To be successful in this key role we are looking for**:

- Recent experience in a Construction/Building Services background
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or Sales capacity, specifically relationship-based approach to dealing with customers
- Exceptional ability to communicate, influence and foster relationships
