**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager preferably with a background in Building Services/Construction Sales. We are seeking someone with the passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service to clients. Reporting to the Sales Manager (VIC) and working closely with a supportive, tight-knit team, this role offers the opportunity to manage a well-established client portfolio while also driving new business opportunities and growth. You’ll bring:

- Experience in **account management** or **construction industry sales**:

- Existing builder relationships (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A commercially minded, organised, and results-driven approach
- Pride in your presentation, service, and follow-through

Your role will see you:

- Manage and grow builder relationships across Victoria
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Work closely with operations and leadership to deliver project outcomes
- Report, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline to drive results

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships across your portfolio
- Conduct regular client visits across office and site locations
- Prepare and present professional client proposals and quotations
- Manage client communications throughout negotiation and delivery
- Accurately maintain data in the Buildsafe CRM
- Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot and problem-solve
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Achieve set KPI and sales targets
