**Responsibilities**:
**1. Account Management**:

- ** Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in existing accounts within the Mining, Utilities, and Construction sectors.
- ** Customer Retention**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by understanding client needs and aligning Ideagen’s solutions to meet those needs.

**2. Business Development**:

- ** Expansion Strategy**: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Ideagen’s SaaS solutions to existing customers.
- ** Pipeline Management**: Maintain a robust sales pipeline by regularly updating CRM systems with client interactions, opportunities, and forecasts.

**3. Sales Performance**:

- ** Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs for revenue growth and customer retention within the assigned verticals.
- ** Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate and close contracts that ensure mutual value for both the client and Ideagen.

**4. Industry Expertise**:

- ** Sector Knowledge**: Stay informed about industry trends, challenges, and opportunities within the Mining, Utilities, and Construction sectors.
- ** Solution Alignment**: Leverage industry knowledge to position Ideagen’s SaaS solutions effectively and demonstrate their value to clients.

**5. Collaboration**:

- ** Internal Coordination**: Work closely with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product Management, and Marketing, to ensure a cohesive approach to account management and client satisfaction.
- ** Feedback Loop**: Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to inform product development and improvement.

**6. Reporting and Analysis**:

- ** Performance Metrics**: Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales activity, pipeline status, and customer satisfaction.
- ** Market Analysis**: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.

Skills and Experience:
**Experience**:

- Proven experience (2+ years) in account management, sales, or business development within the Mining, Utilities, or Construction sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing customer accounts, particularly within a SaaS environment.

**Skills**:

- ** Sales Acumen**: Strong understanding of sales processes, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with SaaS solutions and ability to understand technical aspects of Ideagen’s offerings.
- ** Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- ** Interpersonal Skills**: Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- ** Analytical Thinking**: Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to inform strategic decisions.

**Other Requirements**:

- ** Travel**: Willingness to travel within the ANZ region as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- ** Autonomy**: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or office-based environment.
- ** Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
