Our client creates and helps to grow powerful brands using a combination of strategy, innovation and design, predominantly in the food and drink sectors They're looking for a mid-weight Account Manager to join the team.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Account Director, the key responsibilities include the following:
- Manage the smooth running of assigned accounts and projects
- Lead day-to-day relationships on key accounts, build strong and lasting client relationships and ensure work exceeds expectations
- Attend client meetings and briefing sessions to receive, interpret and prepare a solid brief
- Negotiate or update the client throughout the process if anything changes
- Be responsible for monthly invoicing and finance management on assigned projects
- Take key learnings from each project to drive forward for the next one
- Work on proprietary projects such as the launch of a new alcohol and apparel line designed to raise awareness and donate to social and political issues
YOU:
- You will need to be able to take ownership of an account and the ability to self-manage and take initiative are crucial
- Must have excellent time and project management skills to ensure projects are delivered to brief, on time and on budget
- Must have a positive, proactive attitude and be the type of person clients and agency staff trust and love to work with
