About The Role
We are on the hunt for a passionate, energetic Account Manager who thrives on building, nurturing, and expanding our client relationships. You'll dive deep into our clients' worlds, understanding their goals inside out and showing them exactly how Wellcom's solutions can make a real impact.

As the go-to person for your accounts, you'll juggle multiple stakeholders, and keep communication flowing. You won't just respond to client requests, you'll spot opportunities, spark ideas, and help take projects to the next level.

You'll be responsible for
Reporting to the Group Account Director, some (but not all) of the role's responsibilities include:

  • Primary contact for assigned groups and clients.
  • Identify additional scope and opportunities across current and new projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of clients' business, processes, and challenges.
  • Thorough knowledge of Wellcom's service offering.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of plans - strategic, marketing, new business, leveraging off insights acquired through supplied and sourced research.

Experience, Skills, And Expertise
We are looking for someone who:

  • 3-5 years experience in an account service or sales role within the advertising, creative, marketing or printing industry.
  • Creative agency experience is desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Highly organised, detailed oriented.
  • Strong financial understanding including; quoting and scoping, process, deliverables, and budgets.
  • The ability to work beyond standard working hours or be available for client communication, when needed is a requirement for this role.
  • Experience in managing and delivering digital and printed content; brochures, OOH, social assets, email, web etc.
  • Experience working on Asana, ClickUp or similar project management tools is desirable.
