**The Opportunity**

Reporting into the Remuneration & Benefits Manager, you will support remuneration & benefits initiatives that are aligned with the organisation’s reward strategy as follows:

- Complete job evaluations using your previous experience with Hay or Mercer
- Undertake various salary survey submissions
- Support the cyclical activities, including the remuneration review and bonus calculation processes across National Office, Stores and Distribution Centres
- Be responsible for position management including workflow approvals and maintenance of the organisational structure in Success Factors
- Support benefits management for the organisation

**To Be Successful**
- 3-5 years’ experience working in a high-volume environment as a Remuneration and Benefits Analyst
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills that will enable you to manage large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy
- Experience using Success Factors or another HRIS
