An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Remuneration and Benefits Manager to join Service Stream in our Melbourne office.
About the Role

Service Stream are currently seeking a Remuneration and Benefits Manager to join our growing company.

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Collins St, Melbourne

Reporting Line: Group General Manager - Operations

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and ongoing management of Service Stream’s group wide remuneration and benefits programs, ensuring that these programs support the business objectives and meet all legal requirements. Furthermore, the role will be responsible for managing companywide remuneration programs and cyclical activities such as the annual remuneration review, incentive programs, market matching/pricing, and superannuation offering.

The role will positively challenge the status quo, contribute to innovative thinking, and bring contemporary remunerations and benefit practices, to ensure that Service Stream continues to drive growth, attract/retain talent, optimise the workforce and drive productivity.

This opportunity will suit a highly motivated and outcome driven individual who has a passion for delivering positive client outcomes, and a knack for effective stakeholder engagement.

About You- Extensive experience in remuneration and benefit design, theory, methodology, best practice, industry trends and regulatory environment and ASX Governance requirements.- A proven track record of enabling the reshaping and resizing of organisations in competitive, commercial operating environments.- Exposure to complex and multi-faceted industrial and employee relations environment, including large scale consultation exercises and collective bargaining in unionised environments.- Demonstrated strategic thinking at the most senior level, developing and implementing strategies and initiatives in a complex business environment, with significant experience developing and presenting Board/Executive papers.- Excellent communication and people leadership skills, with highly developed influencing and change leadership skills to shape a change agenda across a diverse range of stakeholders.- Hands on experience with HRIS and payroll software- Experience in creating and refining management information from raw data sources- Knowledge of contemporary remuneration and benefit practices, employment taxes, legislation and market practice- Strong understanding of superannuation legislations across Australia
