MedHealth are looking for a Remuneration & Benefits Advisor to join our growing team. This newly created role will support the efficient delivery of remuneration policies and processes.
**Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human resources or related discipline (preferred).
- Experience supporting annual salary and bonus review processes (essential).
- Experience in job evaluation methodology (Korn Ferry preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in providing market benchmarking analyses (essential).
- Knowledge of Award classifications.

**Additional Information** This role is based in Australia**
- Support the delivery of the annual salary and bonus review processes.
- Analyse internal and external data and provide salary benchmarking recommendations.
- Liaise with salary survey providers and prepare data for submission.
- Conduct job evaluations and make recommendations.
- Support with the design and development of analytic dashboards and tracking tools.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data for the annual WGEA submission.
- Respond to ad-hoc data and general remuneration enquiries.
- Participate in, and support the delivery of, ad hoc projects as required.
- Maintain an accurate position title register and coordinate the publication of updates.
- Maintain the position description library and coordinate the publication of new approved PDs.

**Specific Knowledge and Skills**
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, with broader data analysis skills
- High quality written and verbal communication skills (essential)
- High attention to detail (essential)
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Solution driven mindset
- Ability to adapt to a fast past-paced environment and work with conflicting deadlines.
