**The Role**:
Strong stakeholder relationships will be formed with both internal and external partners, including benefits providers, managers, and employees.

**About you**:
This role will suit a HR professional who is in their early to mid-level of their career. The role will require a minimum of two years’ experience in a HR generalist or advisory position, with exposure to remuneration and benefits; contributing to employee value proposition and reward strategies.

Strong verbal communication skills, ability to provide perspective and deliver innovative solutions will support the success of this role. Experience in reporting and reviewing data will be beneficial to identify gaps and continuous improvement.

Experience in aged or community and/or health care is desirable.

Exposure to the use of HRIS, preferably Chris21.
