**The Role**
As a Business Intelligence Officer within DECMS Value Chain, Data and Analytics directorate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Defence business with governance and assurance work related to the Defence Enterprise Case Management System (DECMS).

DECMS is a new functionality of the One Defence ERP Solution introduced in May 2024. It incorporates case management across Defence on incidents relating to Defence’s integrity, people and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage in a broad range of stakeholder activities with business areas across Defence to support data governance implementation in DECMS.
- Assist with devising tailored communication products and strategies for stakeholders, to understand their responsibilities in transacting on DECMS.
- Support business readiness within the Associate Secretary Group for upcoming releases of the ERP Program.
- Analyse business processes relating to Defence incident management and work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders, devising solutions and improvements.
- Provide support to the overall directorate to coordinate key planning activities and inform senior leadership of key DECMS issues and risks.

**About our Team**
The Directorate of DECMS Value Chain, Data and Analytics is responsible for the oversight, governance, data assurance, reporting, benefits and business support for the Defence ERP Case Management Solution (DECMS), in addition to providing ERP Implementation Team Services to Associate Secretary and Governance Group. The Directorate works with the ERP Program, Business Operations Centre, ERP Sustainment Organisation, Business Process Owners, Data Owners, Analytics Users and ASG Divisions to effectively govern DECMS.
