As HR Project Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering the organisation's people strategy. You'll provide expert support and advice across employee relations, performance management, policy development, and HR systems optimisation.
You'll work closely with the Head of People & Culture, internal stakeholders, and external consultants to lead critical projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the Remuneration & Benefits Framework project (in partnership with MERSA)
- Lead the review and standardisation of HR policies and procedures
- Refresh and relaunch the performance review framework
- Support the optimisation and adoption of Employment Hero (HRIS)
- Provide employee relations and HR advisory support as needed
- Engage with executive and board-level stakeholders

Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience leading HR projects (e.g. remuneration, policies, performance)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills
- Comfortable working autonomously with guidance from senior leadership
- Experience in public sector or not-for-profit environments preferred
- Exposure to values-driven and sensitive workplace cultures
- Confident written and verbal communicator
- L&D experience is a bonus, but not essential
