**About the Role**

In this newly created role, you will support the broader Endeavour Delivery team by coordinating the administration, data and auditing activities across all third party logistics carriers, service providers and operational teams. Reporting to the Operations Analyst you will also:

- Lead the documentation of written processes across the operations teams
- Proactively take the lead to align, coordinate, and execute a compliance plan to improve our safety record
- Assist in driver recruiting, onboarding and document all compliance and contractor information
- Creation of delivery data and files
- Process vehicle and damaged products insurance claims
- Lead and influence a safety culture for our customers and carriers.

**About You**

You will have an administration mindset and prior experience in documentation and company auditing processes. You pride yourself on your time management, eye for detail and accuracy and importantly, you're a team player - your actions and behaviours reflect the culture and values of the team.

You will also be able to demonstrate:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to positively engage with others and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A high level understanding of logistics and operational processes
- An interest in how data can provide insight into an operation highlighting an operating change
- Intermediate Excel & Google sheets skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Powerpoint/Google slides experience desirable
