**The role**:

- Provide operational support to Project manager and team
- Schedule spreadsheets and regular reporting
- Liaise with internal projects and business support teams
- Manage recall jobs back into Geo spatially aligned work schedules
- Extract weekly Project status dashboards from the Geo Spatial APP & MAS
- Manage daily administrative functions of the project
- Manage licensing for the project technicians Mobile Device App’s
- Updating systems with any contractual, customer and project related information
- Escalate any issues impacting the project when necessary
- Provide knowledgeable customer service

**About you**:

- Previous experience in service delivery / coordinator role
- High level of expertise in MS Office and experience in MS Project preferred but not essential
- Experience in using Pronto, Mastermind or Click software preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong administration and time management skills
