The Role
We're looking for a proactive
Project Coordinator
to join #TeamDecon in Rydalmere, NSW. You'll be the central point of contact for project activities - supporting staff, scheduling works, managing materials and liaising with customers to ensure successful project delivery.
If you're organised, detail-driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment where you can make an impact, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate the day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects.
- Schedule works, track progress and provide direction to field staff.
- Assist with budgeting, quoting and collating project documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across project systems.
- Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships, providing responsive service.
- Support staff management, contractor coordination and issue resolution.
- Uphold safe working practices and company procedures at all times.
- Participate in meetings with internal teams, clients and subcontractors.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years' experience in the telecommunications industry (NBN experience preferred).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Access).
- Ability to perform under pressure and think critically to solve problems.
- Positive, enthusiastic approach with a strong sense of accountability.
