The Role

We're looking for a proactive
Project Coordinator
to join #TeamDecon in Rydalmere, NSW. You'll be the central point of contact for project activities - supporting staff, scheduling works, managing materials and liaising with customers to ensure successful project delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects.
  • Schedule works, track progress and provide direction to field staff.
  • Assist with budgeting, quoting and collating project documentation.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across project systems.
  • Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships, providing responsive service.
  • Support staff management, contractor coordination and issue resolution.
  • Uphold safe working practices and company procedures at all times.
  • Participate in meetings with internal teams, clients and subcontractors.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years' experience in the telecommunications industry (NBN experience preferred).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Access).
  • Ability to perform under pressure and think critically to solve problems.
  • Positive, enthusiastic approach with a strong sense of accountability.
