**The role**:
In this role, you will be provide support during the estimating, proposal and order entry ensuring accurate data transfer between clients, systems and vendors through to billing and revenue reporting.
- Works with pre-sales technical support engineers to coordinate response and effort with the seller
- Provides the clean order checklist and adherence in submitting for order entry
- Customer facing supporting the coordination of activities with the customer prior to order confirmation
- Oracle Fusion Experience including Sales Order/Purchase Order entry and management
- Partner Payments
- Understanding/appreciation of Revenue Forecast / targets
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational, administrative skills and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- High level of expertise in MS Office software including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast paced environment and under pressure
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently,
