**Job Title: Dispatch Coordinator - Logistics**

**Location**: Rydalmere

**Position Summary**: As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in organizing and managing the efficient and timely distribution of services and goods from our warehouses. This fast-paced position requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for ensuring swift and cost-effective deliveries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and develop processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Generate necessary documentation such as connotes and airway bills
- Label and manifest freight accurately
- Manage and train staff effectively
- Maintain strong relationships with team members
- Provide on-call coverage for dangerous goods requirements
- Handle freight scanning, pallet stacking, and wrapping
- Load and unload delivery vehicles
- Create consignment notes for air and road shipments

**Essential**:

- Previous experience in a similar or relevant position
- Forklift & Medium/Heavy Rigid License

**Desirable**:

- Experience in the freight forwarding industry
- Dangerous goods certification and experience
- Knowledge of the industry
