Position Overview

Drive Production. Lead Teams. Make an Impact.

We're looking for a hands-on Production Coordinator to lead daily operations in the assembly of custom window coverings. You'll plan production schedules, drive efficiency, and support continuous improvement while ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery. Ideal for someone with manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a focus on results.

What you'll do

  • Plan and coordinate daily production schedules.

  • Lead and support the assembly team to meet targets.

  • Identify and resolve process inefficiencies.

  • Maintain SOPs and train staff as needed.

  • Monitor production data and drive improvements.

  • Coordinate preventive maintenance with the Maintenance Team.

  • Ensure safety compliance and investigate incidents.

  • Support new product trials and implementation.

Who you are

  • Tertiary qualifications in Production, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills.

  • Skilled in using production planning and control systems.

  • Knowledge of WHS legislation and safe work practices.

  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

  • Experience with continuous improvement tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) is an advantage.
