**About Your Role: Logistics/ Inventory Coordinator**

A great opportunity has become available to join our high-performing and highly driven team based on-site in Rydalmere. Working closely with our Underwater systems team, you will be responsible for performing management support, and control of the logístical aspects of repairs.

This will include the control of project inventory and maintenance of data using the Thales and CoA (Commonwealth of Australia) ERP system.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Raise and manage repair orders for Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
- Create and maintain repair folders and work packs
- Assist in the Coordination of repair centre technicians to deliver repairs and minor projects
- Track and coordinate flow of all repairs utilising Reptrac and visual systems to comply with project priorities and delivery dates
- Produce survey/refurbishment reports and other project documentation as required
- Provide support and participate in, the continuous improvement of Repair Centre systems and processes.
- Perform accurate and timely recording of receipts and inventory movement
- Liaise with and provide routine reports to the Supply Support Manager on repair statuses.
- Assist in developing repair and refurbishment quotations.

**How About You?**
- Diploma or qualification in a Manufacturing / Engineering field
- Valid Forklift licence
- Strong experience within a project/ manufacturing environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate and support multiple repair activities
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team

**Desirable Experience**:

- Commonwealth inventory management system (MILIS) experience.
- Defence Security Clearance to SECRET.
