As our company continues to adapt and evolve to an ever-changing market, we are expanding our team in Sydney and on the lookout for a Warehouse Coordinator. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in keeping Australia's vibrant café culture thriving while enjoying a rewarding and dynamic work environment.

Based at our warehouse in Rydalmere, you will be responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly from incoming deliveries, internal product movements, order preparation and dispatch. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar warehouse or logistics coordination role, who is looking to grow as the company shifts focus to a more lean and diverse management of stock.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Inventory management of all stock items including espresso machines, coffee grinders, crockery and spare parts
  • Preparation and coordination of daily orders to be picked, packed and dispatched with third party logistics partners
  • Shipments to be receipted, checked and organised correctly according to zone and bin locations
  • Process improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline operations and maintain a clean, organised and efficient warehouse
  • Safe operation of forklift and pallet trucks to rotate stock, prepare dispatches and receive deliveries of containers of stock
  • Periodic stocktakes and reconciliation of stock items, including the implementation and use of a barcoding system
  • Maintenance of warehouse, forklift, plant and equipment and all company vehicles
  • Reporting and communication with operations and administration on stock discrepancies, damaged goods and warranty claims
  • Assistance with bench testing equipment and quality control.

Requirements

  • Currently living in Sydney or willing to relocate
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • A full, valid, and clean NSW Driver's License
  • A valid Forklift License (LF Class)
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP platforms preferred.
  • Understanding of WH&S Policies
  • Brilliant communicator with a customer first approach
  • Safely lift up to 25kg as part of daily warehouse tasks
  • Full medical required prior to confirmation of employment (at company's expense)
