**About the Role**

As our business is growing, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist with strong analytical skills and proven digital marketing experience. As an integral member of our Sydney team, you are expected to develop and implement innovative online marketing strategies to support our clients’ growth strategies through digital and multi-channel methods.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Liaise with clients at a strategic, tactical, and implementation level.
- Plan and develop online marketing strategies for clients based on demographic research and competitor analysis to improve clients’ customer acquisition, lead generation and revenue.
- Collect and analyse clients’ user data, track user experiences and engagement preferences, identify customers’ current and future needs, and monitor market competitors.
- Prepare and present client reporting; identify and communicate new market opportunities and strategic direction.
- Manage and implement client projects, communicating with team members to contribute learnings and ideas to client strategies.
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee adequate planning, execution and monitoring of marketing campaign performances.
- Utilising Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Creating, managing, and optimising Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC campaigns to maximise ROI.
- Producing and controlling relevant marketing materials, publishing them on social media, extending and enriching social platform topics.

**Qualifications & experience**

To be considered for this role, you are required to have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline.
- 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role and well developed experience in developing digital marketing strategies.
- Experience in tracking, monitoring, and optimising the performance of keywords, content, and target audience engagement.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities to measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals and target indicators.
- Sound stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of Stakeholders and a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads & WordPress.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

**Salary**: $85,000.00 per year
