We're now hiring a Strategic Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end project marketing across a portfolio of high-profile developments. From positioning and planning to campaign rollout and performance review, you'll be at the centre of the action — not stuck on the sidelines.

What You'll Do
  • Own day-to-day marketing for a range of residential and seniors living projects
  • Lead marketing planning, campaign execution, and performance review
  • Collaborate closely with client-side teams across development, marketing and sales
  • Write, brief, review and refine marketing content (EDMs, SMS, social and more)
  • Manage suppliers and deliverables with clear direction and accountability
  • Maintain marketing budgets and drive efficiency without compromising outcomes
