**MARKETING SPECIALIST - Sydney**

**OUR CLIENT**

Our client is a leading financial service and fund management company, specializing in capital raising for

primary and secondary markets, brokerage services, and fund management. It is a boutique fund management company that manages wholesale funds that invest in both Australian and international assets.

Due to the rapid growth and strong market conditions, they are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join their Marketing Team to support company goals in an exciting time of growth.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Creating engaging written content for a wide range of marketing platforms including newsletters, social media, websites, and much more.
- Organize seminar/marketing events from end to end according to requirements, target audience, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with both the internal sales team and external marketing resources to maximize campaign impact.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets for assigned projects.
- Ensure there are consistencies in brand and experience across all executions and continually strive for best in class.
- Agency Management - manage the key deliverables across all agency partners with a long-term view of portfolio planning and achieving economies of scale.
- Coordinate with wider divisions required to ensure resources are available.

**CRITICAL SKILLS TO THE ROLE**
- A formal qualification in journalism, communications, marketing, or similar.
- **At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing / Events management**.
- Engaging in personal presence with outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills in **Chinese and English.**:

- High energy and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines.
- Experience in the Finance industry is ideal but not essential.
