**About the role**

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced, passionate and high-performing Marketing Specialist to join the team on a permanent full-time basis.

This brand new opportunity will see you play a crucial role in BaptistCare’s 5-year growth plan by leading the marketing of our new Residential Services & Retirement Living developments, whilst also overseeing marketing activities of new acquisitions.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will also support the ongoing implementation of the divisional Marketing plan by supporting with tactical activities as required.

If you’re a passionate Marketing Specialist or Marketing Executive looking to make a difference by driving marketing campaigns and initiatives that will support the Residential Services and Retirement Living, then we would love to hear from you

**About You**

To be successful, you will bring:

- Qualification in Marketing or equivalent and 5yrs experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
- Superior project management skills with the capacity to manage competing priorities, multiple stakeholders, budgets, maintain attention to detail and to meet tight deadlines.
- Current driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Experience in sales, aged care, retirement, real-estate sectors highly regarded
- A genuine alignment to BaptistCare’s vision, purpose and values.
