**Key Activity and Initiatives**

- Creating materials by hand or use technology and creative software suites to generate illustrations, layouts and designs
- Designing brochures, magazine covers and backs, billboards, brochures, web pages, advertising for a variety of media formats and annual reports
- Generating drafts and mockups of proposed designs for the client to review and make revisions as requested
- Maintaining client communication from project start to finish
- Reviewing final work with clients and make final revisions or deliver the product to the client
- Developing marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media
- Working closely with the other team on program development and implementation
- Creating and executing lead generation programs
- Analysing data to determine campaign efficiency
- Ensuring creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
- Developing and communicating marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team
- Working with the marketing and public relations departments to prepare budgets, setting deadlines, creating concepts and identifying the objectives of the event
- Implementing budget, invoicing and logistics
- Selecting and negotiating with vendors and monitoring their activities to ensure quality control
- Managing the promotions, communications and branding aspects of the event
- Supervising Caterers, Junior Event Coordinators and security teams
- Resolving problems and guest inquiries before and during the event
- Approving all activities for the event
- Preparing reports and making a presentation to management after the event
- Any other duties assigned by line manager

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Degree in Marketing or communications;
- Proven experience (2 years+) in graphic design/digital marketing is preferred;
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail;
- Proficient knowledge of graphic design software;
- Analytical skills to assist in reporting and capturing insights from digital marketing efforts;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- Can speak, read and write in Chinese is desirable.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Language**:

- Chinese (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
