**About the Business**:
Crystal Migration Legal Services is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our professional

You will also have an opportunity to collaborate with the Brand Manager and Director on

several business development opportunities and be part of the essential growth of the firm.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
to extract and condense marketing reports, be dynamic and innovative empathy, be

communicative, multitasking, and able to work autonomously.

As a Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for developing and coordinating advertising strategies and campaigns, determine the market for new goods and services and identify and develop market opportunities for new and existing goods and services.

**Tasks**:

- Assisting business needs by proposing and developing marketing campaigns and

business development;
- Creating and supervising the implementation of advertising campaigns;
- Conduct marketing research by using qualitative and quantitative methods and

supporting tools such as Google Analytics;
- Conducting potential business opportunities by create marketing plans based on the

opportunities for new business;
- Developing marketing reports;
- Support business growth by conducting marketing strategies that align with the

business needs and goals;
- Prepare, post, and control the posts on social medias and extract the performance

results (metrics) from each post
- Advise on the product mix for new advertisement opportunities
- Identify and track market trends and tendencies
- Using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and
- Planning and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional

activities.
- Monitoring competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and

improvement.
- Optimising our social media presence across platforms to effectively engage with our

target audience.

- At least 2 years of industry experience as a Marketing Specialist or co-related

occupations;
- Decision making skills;
**Work Arrangements/Details**:

- Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm
- Permanent & full-time position
- Location: Sydney 2000
- Salary: $80,000 per year plus uncapped commission

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
