**Duties & responsibilities**
As a Marketing Specialist at Kobe Wagyu BBQ, you will play a crucial role in driving our brand awareness and enhancing our market presence. Your responsibilities will align with the ANZSCO code 225113, ensuring the success of our marketing initiatives. Key duties include:

- žFormulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- žExecute targeted campaigns to promote Kobe Wagyu BBQ as a premier Wagyu beef BBQ destination.
- žConduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
- žAnalyze data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
- žMonitor and optimize online presence to maximize engagement and reach.
- žUphold and enhance the Kobe Wagyu BBQ brand through consistent messaging and creative campaigns.
- žCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints.
- žCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes.
- žEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess marketing campaign effectiveness.
- žProvide detailed reports and insights to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- žDevelop and implement customer engagement strategies to foster loyalty.
- žCreate and manage loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.

**Preferred Qualification**
- A relevant degree in Marketing, Communications or Advertising
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar marketing specialist role
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Strong creative and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000 + Super per year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
