**About the role**
Liebherr Australia is seeking an experienced and professional Administration Coordinator to support our Global Product Management Team, based at our Perth Branch. Reporting to the General Manager - Product Management, in this role you will assist in budget preparation, reporting, document management, data entry, travel planning, meeting coordination and provision of contract management support
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Address internal and external customer enquiries
- Updating and maintaining databases and systems
- Assists in the preparation of annual MIN PM CAPEX / OPEX budgets and administers CAPEX re-quests
- Assist in the development and maintenance of business processes and procedures for the MIN Product Management Team.
- Coordinates site mobilisations, enters and processes travel requests / travel itineraries and compiles / processes expense claims.
**About You**:
- Cert IV in relevant discipline OR
- At least 3 years relevant administrative experience
- High attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
- Identification and resolution of potential issues
- Analytical skills
- Customer service skills (advanced)
