**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Our client, a Registered Native Title corporation is seeking a reliable and dedicated Indigenous Administration & Logistics Coordinator for their new office located in Perth CBD.

As Administration & Logistics Coordinator you will work autonomously to provide support service to facilitate effective operations.

**THE ROLE**

As Administration & Logistics Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

- Working alongside with Administration & Operations Manager
- Facilitating country travel and meeting requirements, travel logistics and catering
- Cover reception when Administrative Assistant is away
- Organisation of work events or work programs
- Administrative support for the Rangers department, Heritage Team as well as completing data entry tasks for Finance department
- General office duties, as required
- Sorting through mail, and ensuring they reach the right staff member
- Managing staff office key register and contact details
- Assist with member assistance queries

**ABOUT YOU**
- Completed Year 12 (or equivalent)
- General administration experience
- Time management skills
- IT knowledge and outstanding proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Ability to work within a team as well as autonomously
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and cultural respect
- Flexible
- Experience with MYOB, basic accounts data entry (desirable)
- Experience within Native Title organisations (desirable)
