We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Construction Coordinator and Administrator to join our established construction team.

This is a varied and fast paced role where no two days are the same. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities will make you an essential part of the business. What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Previous experience in a similar admin/organiser role
  • Experience in the building and construction industry highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and the ability to take ownership of tasks
Additional Key Responsibilities
  • Organising the construction team
  • Assisting the construction manager
  • Regular client project updates
  • Typing/sending & overseeing variations
  • Preparing and sending purchase orders, invoices, and job-related paperwork
  • Monitoring stock levels of materials and coordinating re-orders
  • Assisting project managers with documentation and compliance requirements
  • Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring they have schedules, site information, and permits
  • Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, site logs, and job progress updates
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and reports
  • Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety documentation
  • Providing general office support and administration
