To provide a high quality customer focused integrated logistics service, processing and delivering products in a safe, efficient, cost effective and friendly manner.
**About the position**:
An opportunity exists for 2 highly motivated individual to support the work of our client as Administrative Assistants, 1 on a Full-time basis and 1 Part-time (3-4 days a week)
- These are ongoing roles with job security and a supportive friendly team to work with._
**Duties**:
- Assisting with administration duties
- Invoicing - MYOB experience beneficial
- Accounts Receivable
- Editing compliance templates
- Answering phones in a professional matter
- Data Entry
- Use of all Microsoft Suite software
**Selection Criteria**:
- Previous background within administration
- Experience working with Microsoft office suite
- Ability to use MYOB (beneficial)
- Customer service skills
- Ability to demonstrate initiative in prioritising your workload
