What You'll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Provide administrative support to Base operations including reporting, correspondence, and record keeping.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes, tracking action items to completion.
- Arrange and manage supplier invoices, goods receipting, and other finance administrative duties.
- Maintain document and data accuracy in systems such as Objective, GEMS, and INX.
- Process purchase orders, receipts, and other procurement documentation.
What You'll Bring
- Knowledge of administrative procedures, office systems, and record management processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in an administrative coordination role within a corporate or operational environment.
- Strong IT systems proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite at an advanced level.
