**RTO Data and Finance Officer - Fulltime Contract (Meadowbrook or Brendale QLD)**

At ATTC, we are a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) committed to delivering high-quality training and education services to individuals and businesses. Due to continuous growth we are now seeking a motivated and experienced RTO Data and Finance Officer to join our dynamic Administration team.

**About the role**:
The Data and Finance Officer plays a pivotal role by ensuring quality outcomes are met in an environment of continuous improvement by effectively performing data reporting and finance duties including invoicing and debtor control within the Administration Team.

In the role as a Data and Finance Officer you will provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external stakeholders as required ensuring their satisfaction through effective communication on data and finance requests and enquiries

Attention to detail and accuracy is necessary while using RTO student management systems (SMS) and other applicable software. Additionally assisting with administration support for external audits, and promoting best practices while recording continuous improvement activities are key responsibilities.

- RTO Administration experience
- AVETMISS data analysis and reporting experience
- Strong experience in invoicing within a SMS Environment essential
- Student Management system experience (aXcelerate preferred)
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite including ‘Teams’
- Financial experience including invoicing and reconciliation
- Revenue reporting expertise
- Willingness to grow and expand

**Highly Desirable**:

- Accounting experience
- Certificate IV or higher in Financial Services or Business Qualification
- Learning Management System experience
