**The Company**
Our client is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that offers education in the field of Business, Management, Automotive, Commercial Cookery & Hospitality. They have a commitment of providing quality education to a broad community of students in a supportive and caring environment.

**The role**
As a RTO Administration Officer, you will assist with any student related matters within the RTO, including maintaining student files, course progression, enrolments, generating training plans and more

This is a full-time permanent position, based in Moorooka, QLD.

**Key responsibilities will include**
- Create and maintain student files in accordance with ASQA Compliance Guidelines
- Maintain all registers to ensure records of course delivery, and course progression are all accurately and professionally documented
- Undertake and maintain student administration and enrolment processes across all educational programs
- Generate training plans
- Organise training schedules with employers, trainers and students
- Generating and distributing certificates and statements of attainment
- Provide student counseling services if required.
- Assisting with issuing LOO or CoE if required.
- Assisting with the Study tour program.
- Accounts management & student fee collection

**About you**
- Previous experience in a RTO that delivers to the Domestic & international market
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of Australian education and CRICOS
