What does the job look like?

Linfox's Consumer & Healthcare Group (C&HG) business unit is seeking a dedicated and efficient Administration Support professional to join our team in Laverton North. In this role, you will play an essential part in maintaining seamless operations, with responsibilities including data entry, reconciliations, invoicing, driver payroll, and general administrative tasks. This role will be Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm. Key Areas:

- Accurate data entry of financial data into a variety of internal systems including excel
- Ensuring accurate invoices are generated for the customer in line with agreed processes and making sure that every job is captured and invoiced within the same week
- Processing the Driver Daily Worksheets on a daily basis
- Running weekly and monthly reports
- Raising all invoices and checking off all pallet dockets
- Liaise with Subcontractors, Linfox Drivers & the Site Operations team regarding requests and disputes.

Are you the one?
- Previous administration experience in a similar role with exposure to transport & warehouse systems
- Previous experience with Microsoft and SAP is preferred
- Pro-active approach to solving problems/issues whilst working with the relevant internal/external stakeholders
- Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Results orientated, and able to work under pressure
