This is a **12-month, full-time, paid traineeship** leading to a **Certificate III in Business**, with the opportunity for future employment growth for the right person.

**About the Traineeship**:
Through a Certificate III in Business, you’ll learn:

- Professional document creation
- Excel and presentation skills
- Customer service and complaint resolution
- Effective communication and wellbeing in the workplace
- Sustainable practices and inclusion principles

All study is completed **on the job** with regular trainer visits, online resources, and 3 hours of weekly structured study time built into your work schedule.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
You’ll support our Client Relationship Manager and Accounts Manager with a range of tasks, including:

- Answering phones and assisting with client queries
- Managing our shared inbox and webchat
- Booking jobs and creating quotes in our job management system (simPRO)
- Processing work orders from real estate clients
- Data entry, invoicing and general accounts payable/receivable assistance
- Inputting leads and creating jobs in our CRM (Lana)
- Assisting with stock and materials management
- Supporting the broader team with various admin tasks

- A reliable, positive, and enthusiastic team player
- Someone who is eager to learn and start a career in administration
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to take initiative
- Basic computer skills (Word/Excel) and a desire to develop further
- Comfortable handling phone enquiries
- This entry-level position would suit a school leaver or early-career professional

**No prior experience required** - just a great attitude and a commitment to learning.

**Eligibility**:

- Australian residency or citizenship
- A drivers licence or close to getting a drivers licence (our office doesn't have any nearby public transport options).
