**About the role**
This is a new position supporting our WHS Coordinator with workplace injury management, non-work-related employee injuries, providing administration and support for the Wellbeing and Wellness administrative tasks for programs.
The position includes return to work administration and support of injury coordination processes including ensuring timely communications with employees, managers and payroll.
The role is based in our Geelong head office but may from time to time support with some audits and travel to our other work locations on occasions.

**Selection Criteria**
- HR or Administration qualifications and knowledge and work experience in HR or/and employee injury and wellbeing/wellness.
- Return to Work training/qualification highly desirable or willingness to attend Return to Work training
- Strong administration, attention to detail skills and able to manage priorities.
- Good level of interpersonal communication skills.
- Skills in Microsoft Office programs including utilising Excel for tracking and drafting status reports.
- Commitment to adhering to / implementing organisational policies and programs with a high level of accountability.
- Current and unrestricted driver’s license, preferably with access to own vehicle.
- Supply a Working with Children Check for an Employee
- Cleared NDIS screening check prior to commencement
- Current working with children check
- Complete the NDIS Worker Orientation online training prior to commencement
- Fully Vaccinated (including booster)
