- Permanent Employment. Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.

**The Position**:
The Reception / Service Support Administrator role is responsible for providing timely & accurate administrative support to the service team and be the representative for all incoming calls and visitors.

Working in the Laverton office, you will work with a small administrative team and support the mechanical services team. This role is a full-time opportunity, working in the office, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.

A sample of the varied responsibilities include:

- Answering incoming calls and escalating enquiries
- Monitor incoming service requests
- Manage documentation filing, including online systems.
- Reporting for operations.
- Engage subcontractors for service jobs, raising purchase orders and entering information into service system.
- Update systems with accurate information for customers and fleet machines.
- Assist the coordinators with arranging service jobs and raising invoices

We are looking for someone with:

- Experience within an administration of customer service role
- Similar industry experience, mechanical, trade or machinery industries preferred.
- Accurate word and data processing experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
