**Australian Bus and Truck Care (ABTC) - Processing, Repair, Parts and Service Centre for Mercedes Benz, Freight Liner, Fuso, Iveco, Sitrak, Irizar, Volgren and many other Brands**

As a Dealership Bus Service Administrator at Australian Bus & Truck Care in Dandenong South, you will be critical in supporting our Bus service department by managing administrative tasks efficiently and ensuring smooth operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records, ensuring all service orders, invoices, and documentation are correctly filed and updated.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service tasks.
- Monitor and manage Bus parts and accessories inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers as needed.
- Assist in processing warranty claims and ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Provide administrative support to the service administrator and technicians as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous admin experience in light or heavy vehicle dealerships (ideal)
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including DMS, MS Office suite.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
- Knowledge of Bus and truck parts and accessories is a plus but not essential.

**On offer**:

- Salary is approximately $30 - $40 per hour plus super.
- Monday to Friday (full-time) 8 am - 16:30 (some overtime)

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
