**The Role**
This role will see you engaging with your customers face to face, you will travel interstate twice a month, and you will commute, and grow your network while maintaining current agreements and clients.
As the sales team continues to drive revenue growth throughout the services division, the need has now arisen for a major focus on after-sales and sales leads for the Parts, Accessories & Service Agreement division.
Daily responsibilities will see you
- Focus on dealer and service partner sales development.
- Drive Spare parts and Accessory sales, through the current and new dealer networks.
- Champion the lifecycle of contract new sales
- Monitor market trends in servicing and parts usage for all products.
- Gather information on parts, supply, and servicing competitors.
- Monitor direct accounts and e-commerce insights
- Follow-up leads for key account customer lifecycle touchpoints
- Quote agreements for new and existing clients each month
- Timely supply of quotations to assist sales results and turnaround times.
- Distribute stock/backorder reports to the dealer network and internal operations as appropriate.
- Support and plan contract execution
- Maintain and foster strong and proactive relationships with dealers, trade, and customers.
- Assist dealers and customers with problem resolution and issue handling in the parts arena.
- Set up and implement action plans to overcome shortfalls in results against budgets.
- Gather information from in house system to formulate plans to grow sales
- Represent the company in a loyal and professional manner in all communications.
**The Essentials**
3 years experience in a similar or industry-related role
Knowledge of spare parts/ sales and supply through a retail or dealer network.
Customer relationship and negotiation skills
Basic technical knowledge of heavy vehicle machinery components
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work within a marketing-driven organization effectively and productively
Exceptional interpersonal skills (ability to deal with all stakeholders in the business)
