Working in the Showroom and Customer service team, the role involves receiving and responding to new and existing customer inquiries, booking job orders, and booking sales quotes. Following up with customers completed booked jobs for feedback and invoicing.

The Wise Office Furniture Program is a best practice circular economy model that achieves outstanding landfill avoidance and resource recovery outcomes.

**To be considered for these positions, you must have the following essential requirements**:

- A positive attitude & willingness to learn and develop
- proven Customer Service / administration experience
- An ability to work well with others and follow instructions
- Punctual
- Well presented & spoken
- Good level of computer software skills
- Ability to work and achieve set goals unsupervised
