Footscray, Australia Doutta Galla Aged Services Full time

We are looking for a warm and friendly Customer Service Officer for our Aged Care home at Doutta Galla Footscray. This is a 12 month maximum term contract working Week 1: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 0900-1700 and Week 2: Monday and Tuesday 0900-1700.

To be successful, you will bring enthusiasm for customer service and administration with a dedication to assisting others. Coupled with excellent organisational and time management skills, you will have exceptional attention to detail. Being technology savvy, experienced using various MS Office tools is a must.

**The role involves**:

- Prompt and courteous phone answering, accurate message taking and timely information transfer.
- Efficiently and effectively performing administration tasks and supporting procurement activities.
- Attending meetings to take minutes.
- Coordinating replacement of planned and unplanned staff leave, and completing administrative tasks related to rostering.
