**PART TIME - Customer Service Representative - FOOTSCRAY LOCATION (ON SITE)**

**The Responsibilities**
Based at our Footscray warehouse, you will assist the Online Team by providing customer service support, answering general enquiries, general administration relating to the Online store, as well as:

- Coordinate the customer service team
- Manage the back end of the customer service website using Demand-ware
- Liaising with internal and external contacts
- Preparation of customer orders
- General administrative duties
- Stock control and processing Online returns

**Your skills and experience**
- A professional and calm approach
- Previous experience in a high volume and fast paced customer service environment (ideally in a retail fashion environment)
- Experience in working with Demand-ware and tracking the progress of orders from start to end
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding administrative and organisational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Previous experience in Zendesk will be an advantage
