**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

Reporting to the S&OP Planning Manager in New Zealand, you will analyze the sales forecast to ensure product availability in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will play a key role in S&OP processes and inventory management; analyze performance and manage forecasting requirements; partner with the internal "clients" and make recommendations to support planning and operation practices.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Develop and maintain demand forecasts and stock replenishment of all brands' products across various sales channels.

Improve the accuracy of the sales forecast and minimize out-of-stock situations whilst balancing working capital and inventory holding requirements.

Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather relevant data and insights, review forecasts, discuss key findings, and align action plans.

Partner with the Supply Planning team regarding the procurement and production progress to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained to meet the sales demand.

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track demand planning performance.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**

3-5 years of experience in a similar role with proven expertise in inventory management, analysis, qualification/forecasting, demand planning, and replenishment planning processes.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin and proficient in speaking and reading Chinese.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.

Proficiency in demand planning software (preferably Oracle NetSuite system) and advanced Excel skills

Proven successful experience in the FMCG industry, with a production environment background.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.

Continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on driving efficiencies and enhancing processes.
