Montu is Australia’s largest medical cannabis company. Montu operates a fully integrated, end-to-end ecosystem of healthcare companies that touches every part of the medical cannabis experience, from patient care through to pharmacy dispensing, clinical education, product development, wholesale distribution and more.

This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, however there will be occasional travel (on the road) with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

- Work closely with the procurement team to optimise production schedules and distribution strategies.
- Assist in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by developing forecasts with marketing, operations, and sales teams.
**New Product and Channel Analysis**:
- Analyse demand for new products, growth projections, and potential cannibalisation effects.
- Investigate supply requirements for new channels, markets, and verticals.
**Drive Efficiencies & Reporting**:
- Partner with warehouse operations, pharmacy operations, and procurement teams to increase efficiency through demand planning and allocation strategies.
- Ensure optimal stock levels across warehouses, pharmacies, and regions, minimising out-of-stock occurrences and unnecessary transfers.
- Establish and maintain daily and weekly reporting mechanisms to track key supply chain metrics.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and proposed strategies for improvement.
