About the role

Reporting to the Head of Operations, this stand-alone Supply & Demand Planning Manager role leads inventory and purchasing across international suppliers, 3PL coordination, and S&OP planning. The role is essential in aligning product availability, demand forecasting, and optimising supply chain operations.

Duties/Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute supply and demand plans aligned with forecast and promotional calendars
  • Lead S&OP process, collaborating with sales, finance, and marketing teams
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock integrity with 3PL
  • Drive BOM management and shelf-life inventory control
  • Improve planning processes, reporting, and ERP system usage

Skills and experience

  • 7+ years in supply and demand planning, ideally in cosmetics or FMCG
  • Experience managing international suppliers and 3PL relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including BOM
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
