An innovative global FMCG company is looking for someone to join their demand planning team.

**Responsibilities for the role**:

- Analyse historical data, trend analysis, product life cycles and provide data driven insights
- Lead, attend and contribute to S&OP meetings and process
- Lead NPD and other projects
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring insights are translated into tactical actions of change
- Provide clear and accurate reports and forecasts
- Contribute to continuous improvement of both the demand planning and S&OP functions.

This role is based in Sydney CBD and offers hybrid working.

**About you**
You will be an experienced Demand Planner with previous FMCG experience who will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Strong analytical capabilities & strategic view of planning
- Excellent stakeholder management, organisation and influencing skills
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Proactive communication and data driven decision-making skills
- SAP experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
