People & Culture Administrator / Executive Assistant

Nazareth Care is a fully accredited, not-for-profit residential aged care provider with facilities in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and New Zealand. We are currently seeking a People and Culture Administrator/EA to join our dynamic P&C team. Reporting into the P&C Manager, the role will see you providing administrative support to the P&C team, including but not limited to:
- Drafting contracts, variation letters and certificates of service
- Tracking the returned contracts and related onboarding documentation
- Cross checking Orientations are scheduled for new starters
- Ensuring all worker screening documentation is current and compliant (NDIS/Police Checks, Nursing Registrations, Qualifications, Vaccinations, VISAs)
- Exit interview reporting; providing feedback to managers
- Creating Payroll Authorisation and Leaving Advice forms
- Supporting an effective onboarding/off boarding process
- Updating Organizational Charts and Contact Lists as changes occur
**About You**:
- Previous administrative experience within a P&C or HR team
- Knowledge of Aged Care or compliance requirements beneficial
- Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills including MS Office and HR databases
- Ability to multitask and meet set deadlines
- Qualifications in Human Resources beneficial but not essential
- Previous EA experience advantageous
- Part Time availability (25 hours) over five days with the ability to flex up when required
