The Opportunity
We're looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our small, supportive P&C team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, helping others, and being part of a team that's building a great workplace.
You'll play a key part in the day-to-day running of our People & Culture function, supporting recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, and general administration. This is a hands-on role where you'll make sure our people have the right information, support, and setup to do their best work.
In this role, you'll:
- Assist with P&C initiatives, engagement activities, and internal communications
- Help manage our HRIS (ELMO), keeping data accurate and up to date
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for all employees
- Support recruitment, including shortlisting candidates, screening calls, and interview scheduling
- Maintain employee records and assist with preparing contracts and documentation
- Provide first-line HR support and respond to employee queries
- Support training and compliance tracking, reporting, and general HR administration

You'll bring:
- Experience in HR administration, recruitment, employee engagement, or general administration
- Understanding (or developing knowledge) of HR best practices, Australian workplace laws, and Fair Work compliance, paired with a willingness to keep learning
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
- A proactive, team-focused mindset - you see what needs doing and make it happen
- A relevant qualification (or equivalent experience) in HR, Business, or a related field
